Henna : Henna leaves have been used for ages to improve the quality of the hair. It heals to deal with the hair cuticle completely from the root level. Method: Grind fresh henna leaves with water, until it is like a fine paste. Apply them on the hair by avoiding the scalp (good to do with a brush). Leave it for on the hair and wash it with lukewarm water.
Oiling : Deep cleansing is very important for oil or dry hair. A massage with Olive Oil strengthen the tresses. Method: Gently massage the hair from the root till the scalp with lukewarm Olive Oil and few drops of essential oil like lavender, jasmine etc. Leave it for 45 minutes. Rinse it with a mild shampoo.
