As soon as the small intestine is filled with food, the gallbladder releases bile into the small intestine to help digest the food. However, when gallbladder is removed, the liver will start depositing the bile juice directly into the small intestine continuously whether it is required or not.

This makes it important for you to take good care of your gallbladder.

To maintain good health of your gallbladder, you need to improve your diet if you aren’t doing that already. Fresh leafy vegetables and leafy herbs in the salads cleanses the liver. Herbs like mint, parsley, chives, green onion, shallots, basil, and cilantro (coriander) are the best cleansers for the liver.

Hydrated body helps with keeping all organs of your body in their best shape. Avoid dehydration and drink plenty of water every day.

Drinking raw juices of cabbage, carrot, ginger, mint, parsley, red radish, and apple helps with good gallbladder health.

Genes, weight, gallbladder problems, and diet are the causes of gallbladder stone. If bile has lot of cholesterol (primarily because of your diet), gallbladder stones are caused. If gallbladder cannot empty the bile properly, that causes stones to form too. Obesity and unhealthy diet are other two main reasons for gallbladder stones as obesity directly raises your cholesterol level.

Birth control pills, diabetes, pregnancy, and medicine to control cholesterol (as it increases the cholesterol level in bile) are other causes of gallbladder stone.

Natural ways to take care of your health and organs is the way to go about it. Eating healthy from the start will keep you away from all health-related problems.
